- Exercise data: your thought logs, session history, coping cards, and reflection notes
- Session metadata: which exercises you completed, timestamps
- Payment information (handled securely by Stripe; we do not store card details)

2. What We Do With Your Data

We use your data only to provide the Bridge service: tracking your progress, generating personalized feedback, and improving your experience.

We do not:
- Sell your data
- Use your conversations to train AI models
- Share your data with third parties (except payment processors)
- Read your sessions for any reason other than crisis safety

3. Crisis Safety

If the AI detects crisis keywords during a conversation, it surfaces immediate resources and alerts our system. This is the only time your data triggers automated action.

4. Data Security

Your thought logs and conversations are encrypted. You can export everything or delete everything at any time—no friction, no delays.
